Who we are
Spectre Window Washing is a residential window, screen, and solar panel cleaning business based in South Jordan, Utah. You can reach us at windowsspectre@gmail.com or (385) 226-5263.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our quote request form: your name, email address, phone number, service address, the service you’re interested in, and any notes you add. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare a quote, schedule and perform the work, and follow up about your service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Address suggestions
The address field offers autocomplete suggestions as you type. To do that, what you type in that field is sent to Photon, a third-party address lookup service operated by Komoot, which returns matching addresses. Nothing else from the form is sent there. If you’d rather not use it, you can type your full address and ignore the suggestions.
Calls, texts, and email
When you submit the form and check the contact consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us. Opting out of texts does not prevent us from reaching you by email about a job already scheduled.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we’re required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email windowsspectre@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging home services. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
